About the Mental Health Pathways Program
We work with people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness to find and/or maintain accommodation and to prevent homelessness once discharged from a hospital. We can help to secure both short and long-term accommodation options and recognise the rights of people to maintain safe, affordable, and secure housing of their choice and access to appropriate and timely services.

Access to the service is done through referrals from Goulburn Valley Health staff at Wanyarra Psychiatric Inpatient Unit.
