Traineeships at Wellways
At Wellways, our traineeships are designed to prepare people completing formal mental health studies with the skills, capabilities and knowledge they need to enjoy a rewarding career in the mental health sector. Wellways currently offers two traineeship options funded by the Victorian Government: The Earn and Learn program and the Lived Experience Peer Cadet Program.
Both traineeships offer students a paid role in a Wellways mental health program while studying Certificate IV Mental Health or Certificate IV Mental Health Peer Work.
The Earn and Learn Traineeship Program
Help to strengthen the state’s mental health workforce while studying Diploma or Certificate IV in Mental Health.
