Rachel Choy

With a legal background and residing in the Northern Territory (NT), Rachel has dedicated three decades to human rights work. As Chief Executive of Casa Services Limited, she is also a member of the NT Divisional Committee of National Disability Services. Over the past 15 years, Rachel has developed a deep expertise in governance and leadership in health, women’s services, and disability, working for organisations like YWCA Australia, Multicultural Women Australia, and the National Women’s Justice Coalition.
