Actively involved in improving psychosocial pathways, Debbie is undertaking a part-time PhD which explores choice and control for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants with ‘psychosocial disability. She has both academic and lived experience in mental health and advocates for individuals with severe and complex mental health challenges. Debbie has a Bachelor of Medicine (Hons) and Graduate Diploma in Bioethics and is a member of the Participant Reference Group for the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
