About NDIS Support Coordination

A Support Coordinator works with a person with an NDIS plan to ensure they understand and use their plan.

This can involve working to ensure a mix of supports are used so a person can maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in their community.

Having a Support Coordinator can help to make it easier to connect with providers and the local community to help achieve personal goals.

How to access this service

Support Coordination through the NDIS must be stated in a person’s Capacity Building funding in their NDIS plan. To access this funding, speak to your NDIS Planner to discuss if this is a suitable option for you.
