Support or supervision of daily tasks to help people live as independently as possible.

About NDIS Supported Independent Living

Support workers work with a person in their home to help with personal care tasks, cooking meals and connecting with others. We’ll work with someone to build their skills too, so they can gain more independence.

We work with you to:

  • assist with daily living activities
  • take part in community events, group activities and get to appointments
  • develop new skills and friendships

How to access this service

Supported Independent Living through the NDIS must be stated in a person’s Capacity Building funding in their NDIS plan. To access this funding, speak to your NDIS Support Coordinator to discuss if this is a suitable option for you.
