About the Specialist Residential Rehabilitation Program
The Specialist Residential Rehabilitation Program team assists people who want to work towards living independently within their community to access education and vocational opportunities.
We work with people to identify their needs and goals and support their individual path to recovery. This can include developing daily living skills and establishing social connections to maintain long-term independence.
The program provides:
- A fully furnished unit, and access to a common activities room, lounge, and library, for the duration of your stay.
- One-on-one support to identify goals and pathways to achieve them.
- Reconnection to work and/or education, build relationships with friends and family, and to be involved in your community
- A dedicated family services worker to involve families and carers, provide support and make referrals to other Wellways or community programs.
